PHYSICAL PREPARATION

HEALTHAs a student you need to have good health starts from the making of arrangements to the board to revise the examination. Poor health conditions would interfere with personal preparation for the exam .                            1. Enough sleep.

                        2. Keep eating.
Allah says in Which means "Eat of the good food we have provided" (Al-Baqarah: 57). Intended

3. Recreation.

                           "Something is better than nothing"
Make a "Brain Training" every day.
"If you can not see it, you can not have it".
The words above show that to achieve success is the picture of success must first exist in the mind. Before you can get 8A in the PMR, 8A must first have in mind. 2. Ask the blessing of both parents.Prayer parents to anakny very effective. So ask the blessing of both. Ask them to pray for your success.
3. Lots of chanting and reciting the Koran.A lot of heart will have peace of remembrance. It also more clearly when you read quran.
Allah says in surah Ar-Ra'ad, verse 36, Which means "Verily in the remembrance of Allah will be calm all the hearts."
4. Stay away from evil. Keep away from your evil deeds and sin. They are mired in sin with a restless soul. Life is not blessed.
5.Banyakkan pray. Make sure you pray according to the ethics of prayer.
